What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers, positioning Agentforce as the solution to their most critical business challenges.
  • Lead comprehensive discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and clearly articulate how Agentforce's capabilities — including AI agents, automation, API integration, and Data Cloud — deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that connect Agentforce's technical capabilities to tangible business value for both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional Salesforce teams to deliver a seamless, unified customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

You're Our Person If...
  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including experience configuring agents, connecting them to existing flows, automations, and APIs.
  • Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions and working with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery, translate complex AI solutions into clear business outcomes, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Even Better If...
  • Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience with predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
  • Background in designing B2B and B2C solutions within a highly technical sales environment.
