Salesforce is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Senior Director of Product Management to lead key feature areas of the Data 360 team — helping scale our $1B+ product business and shape the next era of enterprise data innovation.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, from market analysis and requirements definition through release planning and adoption.

  • Develop and maintain a product strategy for your area of ownership that aligns with overall product direction, and own the detailed product roadmap for your feature areas.

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and other product teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.

  • Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements, and engage directly with customers for feedback and validation.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to launch new features, providing product expertise for sales enablement.

  • Champion your feature areas internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery.

  • You have direct experience working with data and AI products.

  • You can define and execute product roadmaps, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable designs.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives.

  • You bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • A related technical degree required.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience with enterprise SaaS product management, especially in data platforms or AI/Machine Learning (ML) products.

  • You are familiar with the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products.

  • You have experience working with customers and global teams.
