As an Account Executive, you'll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical — driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. This role sits within the Emerging Business organization, contributing to Salesforce's growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative atmosphere. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment within your designated vertical.

  • Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Service Management, ITSM, or ITOM.
  • Proven experience in solution selling and value-based selling to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms, IT operations, and the ITIL framework.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HR tech, employee experience platforms, and HCM systems such as Workday.
  • Business acumen to articulate ROI across HR, IT, and operational use cases.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Atlassian and employee service solutions.
