About the Role
The Sales Strategy & Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with helping senior executives drive the business forward. This role sits at the intersection of strategic planning, operational rigor, and data-driven insight supporting the Account Success leadership for EMEA Central.

You will partner closely with Senior Account Success leaders to own the business operational model, track performance against targets, and drive forward-looking planning across Go-to-Market strategy and cross-functional strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with constantly evolving priorities, requiring strong analytical skills, executive presence, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

We view this role as the start of a rewarding and highly flexible career at Salesforce — a key talent pool to nurture and develop into more senior positions within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Account Success leadership to perform ad-hoc and ongoing analyses across multiple datasets, interpreting KPIs and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to executives

  • Leverage AI in the flow of work — actively use AI tools, and AI-assisted analytics platforms (e.g. Slack, Claude or Gemini) to accelerate business analysis, automate recurring reporting, and surface insights faster; maintain a working understanding of responsible AI practices and contribute to the team's AI fluency by experimenting with emerging tools and sharing learnings across the COO Office

  • Support GTM planning processes and longer-term cross-functional strategic initiatives in partnership with Sales Strategy, Account Success Strategy & Programs, and Business Intelligence teams

  • Evaluate ongoing business performance against targets, identifying areas of growth, risk, and opportunity (e.g. consumption trends, Signature Success Plan adoption, AOV risks, product adoption impact)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams to transform data analysis into scalable Tableau dashboards and datasets for "run the business" support

  • Build executive-level presentations and deliverables — from robust analytic models and custom performance analyses to polished, presentation-ready content for global leadership reviews and quarterly business reviews

  • Support FY planning processes and monthly/quarterly Sales Leader reviews

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in analytical roles (Consulting, Finance, or SaaS); 5+ years of professional experience considered for senior-level remit, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations

  • Technical Stack: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets required; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx; familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools

  • AI Fluency: Comfortable working alongside AI agents and automation tools in day-to-day tasks; ability to evaluate, adopt, and advocate for new AI capabilities responsibly and effectively within a fast-moving team

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong logical reasoning; ability to spot trends and uncover "the why" within large, complex datasets; proficiency in data visualisation and translating sophisticated information into easily consumable insights

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (required); ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences and distill technical findings into clear executive updates. French is a plus

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience engaging with senior leaders; ability to build executive-level presentations and lead quarterly business reviews

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: High autonomy, curiosity, and a "get-it-done" attitude in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Team Player: Consistently champions others, leads by example, and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings

  • Flexibility: Ability to work across global time zones

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Management consulting background strongly considered as an asset

  • Fortune 100 management experience or deep understanding of Customer Success

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce products, platform features, and best use cases

  • Experience with enterprise CRM or customer service applications

  • Experience using AI tools to drive productivity gains — e.g. automating data workflows, generating first-draft analyses, or building agent-assisted reporting
