The Programs & Strategy team works within Account Success to drive operational rigor in how we own the business and also to support various special projects and efforts to change and grow the business.
- This Analyst role reports to the EMEA North COO Office leadership team, and supports one of the Account Success Operating Units with analysis, reporting, and insights.
- This role involves evolving priorities and requires strong collaboration across teams.
- This role supports exploration of trends tied to our delivery KPIs, contributing to program development through data analysis, FY planning support, and monthly and quarterly Sales Leader reviews — helping surface insights that inform Account Success leaders' recommendations to their Sales Partners.
- We're looking for curious, detail-oriented candidates who can manage multiple priorities and stay effective amid ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Success Leadership team members with ad-hoc analyses across data sets and tools (examples include consumption product data, Signature Success Plan adoption trends, AOV risk indicators, and Product Adoption impact) and help translate performance metrics into clear insights.
- Track business performance against targets and help flag areas of growth or opportunity.
- Collaborate with the Account Success Operations / Technology team and CSG Business Intelligence team to help translate analysis into data sets and Tableau dashboards supporting the Account Success team.
- Assist in building presentations for leadership reviews and support quarterly business reviews.
- Support the GTM planning process in partnership with the Account Success Strategy & Programs teams and CSG Business Intelligence team.
Requirements:
- Good business acumen and communication skills with stakeholders.

- Familiarity with business analysis and data visualisation tools, with an ability to present information clearly.
- Solid presentation skills, comfortable engaging with cross-functional partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey findings clearly to different audiences.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Ability to break down problems and contribute to structured solutions.
- 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, sales strategy, or business operations roles.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce product & applications, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Cloud (or willingness to build these skills quickly).
- Flexible schedule to support global Account Success teams across time zones.
- Occasional travel as needed.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Exposure to management consulting a plus.
- Familiarity with Customer Success concepts.
- Awareness of other Salesforce products and platform features.
- Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application.
