Description
The Experience
You'll join Israel's offensive security team, leading the design and build of agent-based automation that supports offensive security and security research. You'll work closely with the AI-Automation Director, turning architecture into production-grade systems that reason over complex data and act safely in real environments.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of agent-based automation workflows that reason over large, varied data sources, plan multi-step actions, and adapt execution based on results
- Own core system components, including agent logic, orchestration layers, tool interfaces, execution handlers, and state, memory, and context management
- Push the boundaries of AI development tools to deliver secure, optimized, production-grade code, and build and maintain the shared system context that keeps AI outputs accurate and reliable
- Build observability, logging, and debugging into AI-assisted systems, and partner with security practitioners to keep outputs actionable and operationally relevant
You're Our Person If...
- You have 7.5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI-driven systems or automation, including hands-on work with LLMs and agentic frameworks beyond basic prompt usage
- You've led the delivery of production-grade systems (not just prototypes) and bring strong fundamentals in modular system design, API integration, and distributed services
- You use AI as a core part of your own development workflow, with advanced prompt engineering skills and the judgment to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If...
- You have background in security engineering, offensive security, or security research
- You're familiar with large-scale data ingestion, signal correlation or prioritization systems, or workflow automation platforms
- You have experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, or structured prompting
- You're comfortable balancing experimentation with production reliability
