Description

The Experience:

We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast-growing group within Salesforce's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization. We sit at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, and we're building our data capability from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the foundation stage and directly shape how our team harnesses data to drive customer success outcomes across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Our stack: Tableau Next, Snowflake, and Salesforce Data Cloud. Our mission: build the gold standard for data products that power CCO and Customer Success strategy. We're scaling the team behind the Headless 360 Data Foundation Platform — a predictive P&L engine replacing static spreadsheet analysis with customer-level P&L management.

What You Will Be Building:

  • Dashboards and Agentic experience — Own the wireframe-to-live-dashboard cycle in Tableau Next, starting with the MVP dashboard consuming the first validated ML output table, and continuing through second- and third-dashboard releases on consecutive sprints.
  • RLS Design — Design and implement the row-level security and access model in Tableau Next so every dashboard ships with the right data visible to the right stakeholders.
  • Pulse Alerting — Set up Pulse anomaly alerts on top accounts for key business metrics
  • Migration — Migrate the existing Tableau dashboard to Tableau Next to unblock the agentic and Slack-workflow layer built on top of it.

You're Our Person If:

  • You have hands-on experience with Tableau Next specifically — not just classic Tableau — or are far enough along in Tableau that you can ramp fast.
  • You've designed and implemented RLS or another access-controlled dashboard model; this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
  • You're comfortable writing SQL against Snowflake-backed sources to validate what a dashboard is showing.
  • You thrive in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments and want to help stand up a data foundation from scratch.
  • You're detail-oriented about what ships — every dashboard needs RLS/access controls set and a metric definition in the catalog before it goes live.
  • Tableau Next experience specifically (not classic Tableau)
  • RLS / access-model design and implementation experience
  • Experiences with MCP-ready or agentic dashboard/Slack workflows

Even Better If:

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Pulse or anomaly-alerting configuration experience
  • Familiarity with dbt or semantic-layer concepts
