The Experience:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-minded Senior Director of Product Management with a strong builder mindset to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our core platform infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of product managers responsible for building the runtime platform for HyperForce - our AI-First, next generation, multi-substrate foundation for Salesforce.
As a pivotal leader in our Engineering & Infrastructure organization, you will bridge the gap between industry direction complex platform capabilities, internal engineering teams, and customer-facing experiences. You will define how Hyperforce powers both internal Salesforce operations and external customer-facing products—including serving as the foundational platform layer upon which our company’s Enterprise AI initiatives run.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Own and execute the end-to-end product strategy for our core infrastructure platform, aligning platform capabilities with broader organizational and AI initiatives.
  • Internal Platform Adoption: Work closely with cross-functional internal engineering, operations, and product teams to streamline onboarding and migration onto Hyperforce.
  • Multi Substrate Customer engagement: Drive HyperForce multi substrate roadmap, customer and partner stakeholders to deliver on the multi substrate HyperForce vision.
  • Support cutting edge AI work: Ensure our platform architecture reliably supports high-scale, next-gen AI workloads and data services across the enterprise.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage, hire, and develop a team of 3–5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and user-centric platform design.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure engineering, internal partner teams, and business executives to ensure seamless cross-team integration.
  • Metrics & Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs, platform adoption metrics, and reliability benchmarks to measure product performance and velocity.

You're Our Person If:

  • 10+ Years in Product Management: Proven track record in a senior product leadership role within Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Enterprise Architecture, or Developer Platforms.
  • People Leadership: Experience directly managing and growing teams of 3–5+ Product Managers.
  • Platform & Infrastructure Expertise: Deep technical domain knowledge in cloud-native platform migrations, enterprise scale, multi-tenant architectures, and developer ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success leading large-scale internal alignment and migration efforts across matrixed engineering organizations.
  • AI Infrastructure Exposure: Familiarity with hosting, scaling, or enabling AI/ML workloads on cloud infrastructure.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex, low-level technical infrastructure concepts into clear strategic visions for executives and internal partners.
