  • Build and run a segmented readiness programs, leveling the org into readiness cohorts, designing differentiated messaging per cohort, and tracking migration from awareness to active adoption over time.
  • Write the audience-based communications that help individual contributors and managers understand the direct impact to their day to day practice addressing all dimensions of a change (people, process, tech)
  • Co-own the end-to-end reinforcement system for each program.

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or internal communications in a matrixed technology organization, with demonstrated accountability for program adoption outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing audience-segmented communication plans with evidence of producing distinct messaging for different audience groups (e.g., individual contributors, managers, senior leaders) within the same program.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior or executive stakeholders to assess and define the scope of organizational change including producing written artifacts (impact assessments, alignment briefs, stakeholder maps) used to inform program decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and tracking adoption or behavior change metrics including establishing baselines, measuring progress against them, and using data to adjust communications strategy.
  • Applied experience with a recognized change management framework (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey Influence Model, or equivalent) in a professional setting.

Even Better If...

  • Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or technology workforce transitions, familiarity with the specific dynamics of tool-driven role change and the communications strategies that support it.
  • Experience establishing a change communications practice, program, or function in an organization where one did not previously exist.
  • Experience working in or alongside a design, UX research, or product organization, familiarity with design and research roles and workflows is a plus for this audience.
