As a Manager, Office of the CISO, you serve as a trusted security, compliance, privacy, and risk advisor to Salesforce's largest and most strategic customers. You partner closely with customers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to resolve complex security and regulatory questions — with particular focus on customers in regulated industries such as Financial Services. This role sits within the Office of the CISO (OCISO), Salesforce's customer-facing security advisory team, and helps ensure security and compliance are enablers of adoption, not barriers to it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted security advisor to customer CISOs, CIOs, security executives, and risk leaders, leading complex security, compliance, and risk reviews for strategic accounts across AMER and LACA.
- Present Salesforce's security architecture, controls, and compliance posture during executive briefings, workshops, and conferences, and lead strategic discussions on cloud security, identity and access management, data protection, and AI security risk.
- Partner with Legal and Privacy teams on security and privacy contractual requirements, and guide Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success on questionnaires, audits, and escalations.
- Develop customer-facing security documentation and enablement materials, and synthesize customer feedback into recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Security teams.
You're Our Person If...
- You have 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, risk management, or compliance within a global enterprise or cloud/SaaS environment.
- You have significant experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex security, compliance, privacy, or risk matters, including presenting to CISOs, CIOs, and other executives.
- You have strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS security architecture, identity and access management, data protection, and major frameworks such as SOC 1/2, ISO 27001 (International Organization for Standardization), NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- You can translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and executive audiences, and you navigate matrixed global organizations effectively.
Even Better If...
- You have experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
- You've worked within a Business Information Security Office, Office of the CISO, Customer Trust, or similar customer-facing security organization.
- You have experience with security architecture reviews, customer audits, contractual security negotiations, or enterprise risk assessments.
- You hold a relevant industry certification such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or an equivalent cloud/security credential.
