We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance team.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
• Ensure accurate preparation and presentation of financial reports and MIS to senior management and stakeholders in line with company policies.

• Review and perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

• Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Manage aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue receivables.

• Prepare and manage cash flow statements, providing insights into financial health and liquidity.
• Project future cash flows based on monthly, quarterly, and annual spend forecasts.

• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing necessary explanations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or operations roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing invoicing, AP, AR, cash flow, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, and other finance tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
