We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad operations, with specific experience in SpringServe, and a proven track record of optimizing ad revenue and managing strategic supply accounts. This role will be pivotal in driving our supply operations and enhancing our ad operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the launch of new supply in our ad server.
  • Audit recently launched supply to ensure critical params and privacy signals are appropriately passing.
  • Troubleshoot issues directly with supply partners.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize RPM floors and demand waterfalls to balance revenue per second and fill rates.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for optimization and implement changes to enhance performance.
  • Address pre-sales questions and provide onboarding assistance to new supply partners.
  • Join calls with key accounts to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Maintain internal documentation in Confluence.
  • Direct new projects for the supply ops support team of 3+ based overseas..
  • Delegate tasks effectively and drive team discussions for necessary automation and tool-building with the product and engineering teams.
