Key Responsibilities:

As R2R lead, you would be responsible for owning various entities for monthly, quarterly & annual closure per Ind AS. These entities are spread over the geographies right from India, US, UK, Europe.

• Amagi keeps expanding its horizons, it involves the acquisition of assets/ companies as they might fit into our horizon. All acquisition-related accounting, working with stakeholders for legal/ regulatory filings and with auditors from Ind AS reporting purposes would form part of deliverables.
• Incumbent would be required to own the compliances and reporting aspects from Ind AS, respective countries accounting GAAP duly supported through a channel of onshore-offshore consulting teams.
• Internal Audit function would work with the incumbent and scope/ audit spread and its closure would be driven and governed as part of the scope.
• The standalone and console reporting would be owned by the incumbent and the underlying workings that would get tested through a quarterly full-scope audit.
• The candidate would be required to collaborate with internal teams for data, close audit and other related aspects with external stakeholders in a harmonious way and build relations as he/she moves ahead.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Qualified CA with 9 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, should have in-depth exposure in financial reporting / book closure in a comparative, fast paced organization. Should be able to handle internal & statutory audit independently with Big4. Incumbent should have excellent written & oral communication skills, in-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and how Schedule-III format for reporting works.
• Should have decent knowledge of indirect taxes, and related aspects of compliance that come along reporting.
