Job Profile:

Amagi is looking for a Demand Ops Media Planner to join the Media & Ad Operations team who will be responsible for various aspects for media planning and campaign management, including RFI fulfillment, external site list creation and supply pricing and packaging suggestions. The Demand Ops Media Planner will work closely with and support the Demand Sales team in collaboration with the rest of the Demand Ops team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic doer with a data-driven approach and an ability to multi-task with an eye for detail. Additionally, candidates should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet. You will be working with team members and leadership to respond to incoming requests with rapid turnarounds, as well as identify and suggest strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of supply related support, configuration, and troubleshooting for assigned account
  • Fulfill RFI's based on our existing supply
  • Work with Demand and Yield olds to set pricing based on existing supply and current market conditions
  • Package contextual, tentpole, and seasonal supply for demand consumption
  • Analyze supply performance to package performance based supply for DTC, direct response buyers
  • Manage external facing site lists including pricing and avails
  • Work with Campaign Manager to ensure media plans are executed properly
  • Effectively resolve open projects and tickets and communicate cross functionally
  • Re-prioritize work as needed, understand inbound requests and upcoming deadlines across the business.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in online advertising, with a preference for campaign management and media planning
  • Willingness to work in second shift (2pm - 11pm IST)
  • Programmatic experience is highly preferred
  • CTV experience is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of various ad technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and ad servers (experience with SpringServe preferred)
  • Inventory Management experience a strong plus
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and able to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
  • Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, tag setup issues, delivery issues, and other technical support inquiries
  • Demonstrated strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated strong strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate with internal clients
