Job Profile:
The Manager - People Programs & Special Projects at Amagi acts as a catalyst for positive change, driving a range of HR initiatives to propel Amagi's success and nurture a growth mindset. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless implementation of impactful HR projects. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role sparks transformative projects that enhance the Amagi experience, fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture where continuous learning thrives.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement People programs aligned with company goals: Create and execute People programs that directly support our company's strategic objectives, showcasing how People initiatives contribute to overall success.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of People programs: Take ownership of planning, executing, and evaluating People initiatives across various verticals. Serve as a project manager, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational needs.
- Facilitate collaboration among People teams: Act as a central point of contact to help various teams within people function work together effectively. Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth progress towards achieving project milestones.
- Visualize and present work effectively: Demonstrate strong presentation skills to visually articulate the impact and success of People programs. Create compelling presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and impressed by the outcomes.
- Regularly assess program effectiveness: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of People programs. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize initiatives.
- Lead change for People programs: Drive change management efforts related to People initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum adoption across the organization.
- Build strong relationships for program success: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure collaboration and support for People programs. Showcase the value People function brings to the organization through effective communication and engagement.
- Stay updated on HR trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR. Share insights and recommendations for enhancing People strategies and practices to align with emerging trends and innovations.
Your skills required:
- Proven expertise in project management, adept at planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing program challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, adept at conveying program goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and cultivating relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated bias for action, excelling in program and strategy development from inception to execution.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Knowledgeable in relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in program implementation and documentation.
- Adaptability to change and proficiency in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in HR program management or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective HR programs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
