Job Profile:
This position is housed in the FP&A and IR sub function of the Finance function at Amagi. The function is responsible for FP&A, Investor Relations, Business Partnering for G&A and Customers Success (CS) and is involved in companywide cross functional initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Business Partnering: Partner with functional heads of CS and G&A departments to help them maximize their impact while maintaining fiscal discipline. Prepare thoughtful and insightful monthly analysis of variances to budget/forecast.
· Capacity Planning Models: Partner with functional heads of CS and G&A departments to help build capacity planning models for respective functions and team.
· KPI Tracking:Partner with functional leads of CS and G&A departments to develop and track relevant business metrics.
· Forecasting: Build robust statistical forecast models for revenue and cost drivers
· FP&A and IR: Support FP&A and Investor Relations workstreams where required. Perform ad hoc analysis as per business needs
Skills & Expertise Required:
· 8-12 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A role.
· Highly skilled in financial modelling, statistical forecasting and building capacity planning models.
· Robust written & oral communication skills. High level of proficiency in creating presentations and documents.
· Ability to handle Business Partnering, FP&A and IR workstreams.
· High bias for action
· Ability to influence outcomes without authority.
· Balance of strategic thinking and execution skills
· A knowledge of SaaS business metrics and Media-Tech would be preferred.
Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA with relevant experience
