The Amagi Ads team is a separate department that works on Thunderstorm and Ads Plus products to deliver tools and functionality to enable better monetization for our customers: streaming platforms, content owners and demand partners. The team drives monetization initiatives to ensure that both our customers and Amagi are generating ad-based revenue for CTV content.

Role Definition:

As a Lead Product Manager at Amagi Ads Plus, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Amagi’s Ads Plus platform, focusing on AI/ML-based yield optimization solutions. Amagi’s Ads Plus offering enables media companies to maximize revenue through ad-supported content and this role will be extending the products/features/tools by leveraging machine-based learning to deliver superior yield performance. You will ensure that Amagi’s ad solutions meet the needs of both supply and demand partners, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product strategy, vision and execution of the AI/ML Yield Optimization roadmap
  • Understand the market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation in ad monetization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product objectives with overall company goals.
  • Work closely with software and data science development teams to ensure scalable, high-performing ad solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ad revenue across various platforms including OTT, FAST (Free Ad-Supported TV), and streaming services.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ad technology with media delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and launch new ad solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and tailor ad solutions to meet market demand.
  • Analyze product performance using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ad fill rate, CPM, revenue per requested second and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously track and optimize the Ads Plus platform to ensure maximum ad revenue and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new ad products, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and training for the sales team.
  • Manage product launches and ensure alignment with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in programmatic and direct-sold ad models.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including content partners, advertisers, and third-party technology providers.
  • Conduct regular product demos, webinars, and presentations to showcase product enhancements and ad performance improvements.
