Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Research Analyst to come on board and join our Revenue Operations team. You will be working very closely with the Sales Reps and Marketing team to help them with Market Research and providing Account and Contact level Intelligence. You will be working on tools like Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Slintel and the Google Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping the Sales reps, SDRs, Marketing Managers, and Demand Generation Managers with research related projects for their Accounts, Contacts and Leads
  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate, and conduct research activities for the company
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Responsible for managing the data hygiene inside of Salesforce
  • Own research projects for any new GTM motions including Market analysis
  • Manage the assignment and transfer of data within Salesforce.com

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Is comfortable with research and has built Account and Contact lists
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proficient in tools such as Gsuite, Excel, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
