Job Profile:

We are looking for Executive or Sr. Executive for accounts payable domain having and experience of 2-7 years of experience in invoice validation & processing, vendor reconciliation, vendor on-boarding, resolving vendor issues and quarries etc. Objectives of this role:

  • Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely invoice posting and on time payments
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
  • Comply with national and local financial regulations

Key Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities of an invoice processing specialist typically revolve around managing and processing vendor invoices, debit & credit notes.

  1. Review of invoices and supporting documents before processing invoice in ERP.
  2. Processing Vendor invoices, debit and credit notes
  3. Perform general ledger and data entry
  4. Process non-po, 2way and 3way match invoices
  5. Vendor and internal stake holder quarry management on vendor invoices or payments
  6. Vendor master creation in ERP
  7. Processing credit card claims in ERP

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Should have good accounting technical knowledge
  • Experience in invoice, debit/credit note processing
  • Strong understanding of finance systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
  • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and G-Suit like Gmail, G-Sheet etc.
  • Candidate must have experience in Indian accounting, experience in global accounting will be plus.
  • Experience with accounting software like Net Suit, SAP, Oracle etc and online platforms
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
