This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with R&D, and Business Development, and external partners, to bring early-stage strategic ideas to life. You’ll own end-to-end program delivery—from concept validation and planning to execution and handover - ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with strong program management skills, a collaborative mindset, and an ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiative Execution

a.Drive high-priority growth initiatives, including new product pilots, market expansions, and innovation programs.

b.Work closely with R&D teams to manage technical deliverables and timelines.

c.Partner with Business Development on initiatives involving new customer or market segments.

d.Translate strategic objectives into concrete project plans with defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.

2. Program Planning & Coordination

a.Own cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

b.Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.

c.Manage dependencies between teams and functions; maintain clarity on priorities and trade-offs.

d.Coordinate with external vendors, design partners, or ecosystem collaborators, where applicable.

3. Governance & Reporting

a.Provide regular status reports, updates, and escalation summaries to the Chief of Staff.

b.Maintain detailed program documentation, trackers, and dashboards to drive visibility and accountability.

c.Facilitate weekly or milestone-based reviews with key stakeholders.

4. Handoff & Scale-Up

a.Drive initiatives through to initial customer validation or first few wins.

b.Work with functional leaders to transition the initiative to core teams for broader execution.

c.Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuity during handover.

Skills and Expertise Required:

● 5–10 years of experience in program management, strategic execution, or business operations, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or media company.

● Strong experience in leading cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

● Hands-on experience working with technical teams (R&D, Engineering) and understanding product development cycles.

● Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

● Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

● Experience in managing external vendors, partners, or design/customer pilot programs is a plus.

●Familiarity with media workflows, streaming, or AI/ML technologies is desirable but not mandatory.
