We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Leader to establish and scale the Revenue Cycle Management function within a Global Capability Center (GCC). This individual will partner closely with the U.S.-based Revenue Cycle leadership team to build a high-performing organization that delivers efficient, scalable, and high-quality support across core revenue cycle functions.

This is a 0-to-1 leadership opportunity, requiring a leader who can build teams, establish operating models, implement governance, and create scalable processes while driving operational excellence in a fast-growing environment. The role will play a key part in improving collections, optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and leveraging technology to strengthen revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Cycle Leadership

  • Lead GCC-based revenue cycle operations across insurance verification, claims management, denial management, accounts receivable, collections, and payment posting using a cloud-based Practice Management System.
  • Drive standardized processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to establish performance standards, governance, and scalable operating models.

GCC Build & Team Leadership

  • Build and scale the RCM function, including organizational design, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and capability development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish service delivery models, operational controls, and governance frameworks to support long-term growth.

Operational Excellence & Analytics

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including accounts receivable aging, denial rates, clean claim rates, first-pass resolution, collections performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and leverage analytics to drive operational decisions and business outcomes.
  • Identify workflow gaps, operational risks, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Technology & Process Improvement

  • Champion the effective use of Practice Management Systems and supporting technologies.
  • Partner with technology teams to drive automation, optimize workflows, and enhance revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead change initiatives while ensuring operational stability and strong employee engagement.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, documentation guidelines, and HIPAA.
  • Drive quality assurance programs and proactively address root causes of operational inefficiencies and claim denials.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing India-based or global teams.
  • Strong expertise across claims management, payer processes, denial management, accounts receivable, collections, insurance verification, and payment posting.
  • Experience building teams or functions from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in dental or multi-site healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with cloud-based Practice Management Systems.
  • Exposure to automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
