Now we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career – maybe freshly graduated, maybe with a bit of experience, or someone looking to switch gears – who wants to grow into a role that is both challenging and rewarding.

What you will be doing

As a Business Analyst at Anyfin, you’ll be right at the heart of how we balance growth, risk and profitability. You’ll dive into data, learn how to evaluate credit performance, and support the team in shaping strategies that make everyday finances fairer for our customers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build real expertise while contributing to decisions that have a direct impact on our business and our customers.

• Deliver business value through deciding who we accept as customers and at what interest rate.
  

• Support the development of our credit strategies and help balance growth, risk and profitability.
  

• Dive into data, use SQL and other tools to uncover insights.
  

• Assist in refining credit assessment criteria and evaluating new product launches.
  

• Collaborate with teams across Analytics, Product, Finance and Operations.
  

• Contribute to building pricing models, customer segmentation and forecasting.
  

• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship while growing your own expertise in credit analysis.
  

About you

• You have a degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics or similar.
  

• You’re curious, eager to learn, and excited to build up your skills in credit, analytics and data.

• Taking ownership and a natural sense of urgency is in your DNA.
  

• You don’t need years of experience even though it is really positive if you have been around for 1-2 years – what matters is your sharp analytical mind, drive and ability to connect numbers with business impact.
  

• You’re collaborative, open-minded, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

• Fluency in Swedish, German or Finnish.
