ApnaMart started with a vision to offer an unparalleled shopping experience to tier 2+ India. We’ve come a long way from our first store to 100+ stores and 1 lac+ monthly customers. It has been an overwhelming journey! And now, we are considering scaling up at an even more incredible pace. The target is 1000+ stores in the next year. Fingers crossed!The impact that we’ve been able to create in a short span of time through our consumers, franchisee partners, and other stakeholders, encourages us to keep going and doing it at a much larger scale as well. We started with many passionate and excited people who gave a great head start in converting and launching 100+ stores in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. We are now getting greedy for more and rightly so!
So as we grow, we want to streamline the processes. We want to ensure that we live up to our customer’s expectations and they are always happy & satisfied with our services.
Job Description-
We are looking for a competitive salesperson to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson would be responsible for enhancing our presence in the assigned territory through new Franchisee appointments and end-to-end handover of the partner stores.
Responsibilities-
- Get the client using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations, etc).
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to hand-hold the partner.
- Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high-quality sales pitches.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements-
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Must be an enthusiast with a flair for the sales of products.
