Job Description

Position: Area Operation Executive

The Area Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple retail grocery stores within a specified geographic area. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing sales, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service

Responsibility Details:

• Oversee the operations of multiple retail grocery stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure that each store operates efficiently and meets company standards for customer service, sales, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and achieve business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize shrinkage and waste.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store managers and staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, including financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs

Desired background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in the retail grocery industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
