Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking two Product Managers to take ownership of key operational workflows:

• Rider-Side Product Manager
• Focus on logistics and delivery rider workflows.
• Enhance rider experience and operational efficiency in platforms such as quick commerce or logistics tech.
• Warehouse-Side Product Manager
• Focus on warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Optimize workflows for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and warehouse scalability.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives for the rider-side or warehouse-side platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to release, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Gather and analyze data to identify pain points, prioritize features, and measure success metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in supply chain, logistics, and retail operations.
• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and ensure clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between platforms and operational workflows.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Experience:
• 3–6 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year as a Product Manager.
• Must have seller-side experience (not consumer-facing).
• Domain Expertise:
• Proven experience in supply chain, B2B SaaS, quick commerce, e-commerce, or retail operations.
• For Rider-side PM: Experience with logistics workflows, delivery rider management, or similar platforms.
• For Warehouse-side PM: Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management systems, or supply chain platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in using tools like Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in high-growth companies like Meesho, Shadowfax, Udaan, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
