Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager - Merchandising & Retention located in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to merchandising strategies, and customer retention initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, have worked with business in launching and expanding categories, and has worked on Customer Retention
• Experience in data analysis, market research, and product lifecycle management
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and competitive landscape
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
