🚀 Growth Manager – New Business Initiatives 🚀

👀 What you’ll own:

As a Growth Manager, you’ll be at the heart of scaling our new business initiatives. This role is a mix of left-brain strategy and right-brain hustle. You'll work across:

  • 🎯 Customer Acquisition – Design and execute data-backed acquisition strategies across channels
  • 🛒 Retention & Engagement – Build levers for user stickiness and repeat behavior
  • 💸 Pricing & Promotions – Drive pricing strategy to balance growth, margin, and competitiveness
  • 📊 Planning & Forecasting – Define goals, set up tracking systems, and optimize based on real-time performance
  • 🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, tech, category, and marketing to launch and scale new business lines

🧠 What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2+ years in a consumer business (D2C, ecommerce, FMCG, etc.)
  • Solid grasp of growth funnels, performance marketing, and user journeys
  • Excel/Sheets + Analytics fluency is a must
  • Strong bias for action, experimentation, and ownership
  • Graduate from a Tier 1 B-school or engineering college
