Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Call potential customers using a daily call list (outbound calling)
• Introduce ApnaMart’s Call-to-Order service and pitch daily/weekly grocery combos
• Take down customer orders accurately and enter them into our system
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle basic customer queries, pricing, or complaints over call
• Follow up with previous customers for reorders
• Share local feedback with a team (e.g., product preferences, delivery timing issues)
