About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with expertise in Tech, Non-tech & leadership roles. The TA partner will manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  • You will manage the full cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing, advise on interview best practices, refine processes, and build diverse talent pools.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and Leveraging data to influence hiring managers with best practices.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll champion our brand and values to the highest standards.
  • Everyone in our team has different strengths and passion areas. You'll step up to mentor others around you to better the whole team.
  • Identifying and engaging with both passive and active talent through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques.
  • Creating successful sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other resources tailored to individual business needs and markets.
  • Collaborating with candidates and coordinators in scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback.
  • Utilizing our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
  • Promoting exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Understanding different business functions and how they fit into the overall company - be able to educate external talent about different areas within the organization.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Best-in-class full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all related responsibilities. Ability to handle a team size of 5 - 7 recruiters with diligence when required. Creative in your approach and understand the work ethic it takes to hire incredible, diverse tech talent. Prior experience developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HRBPs. Experience in ATS and other new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies. Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes. In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with the ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, and industry insights. Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts, and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues. Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels. Proven ability to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a strong commitment towards deadlines.
