We’re Hiring: Associate Trainer – Apna Mart (L&D Team)

Apna Mart is looking for passionate Associate Trainers to join our Learning & Development team and help shape the future of our store workforce!

🔹 Who Can Apply:

Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or training roles.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured classroom training sessions for new joiners and store staff

Deliver engaging modules on customer service, store operations, POS handling, inventory basics, and company SOPs

Design daily training plans and prepare materials in collaboration with the L&D team

Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and trainee assessments

Coordinate with store managers and senior trainers for smooth On-the-Job Training (OJT) transitions

Submit weekly, monthly MIS reports and trainee performance updates

Assist in content creation and support continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of the Training Manager

Locations : For Raipur & Hazaribag
