Requirements

In this role, you will support the Senior Demand Planner in creating accurate forecasts,

executing replenishment plans, and monitoring inventory health. You will focus on

analyzing sales trends, incorporating event-based factors, and ensuring stock availability

across stores and regions.

Qualifications & Skills:

● MBA/B.Tech from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes.

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in demand planning, inventory, or replenishment

in FMCG/Retail/Q-Com/E-Com.

● Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; BI tool

exposure is a plus.

● Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn quickly.
