Role Overview
Apna Mart is looking for Associate Trainers and Senior Trainers to strengthen our Learning & Development function and drive real capability building on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Training Centre end-to-end, including batch planning, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking.
- Deliver structured classroom training and on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and existing store staff.
- Regularly visit stores to provide hands-on mentoring, coaching, and live OJT support
- Conduct training sessions on customer service, store operations, POS systems, inventory basics, and SOP adherence.
- Ensure smooth transition from classroom training to store-level execution by closely coordinating with Store Managers.
- Create, update, and improve training content, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
- Prepare daily/weekly training plans, reports, and effectiveness reviews.
- Maintain complete training MIS, attendance logs, feedback, assessments, and certification records.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps and recommending training interventions.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word is mandatory.
