Role Summary:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and teams, driving people initiatives that support organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle management, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on policies and people matters.
  • Drive key HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and talent management initiatives.
  • Support managers on employee development, feedback, and team effectiveness.
  • Analyze people metrics and provide insights to improve retention and productivity.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, practices, and organizational values.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and other HR teams to support business needs.
  • Contribute to building a positive, high-performance work culture.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant HR / HRBP / generalist experience.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders or functional teams preferred.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification is a plus.
