Role Description The Real Estate Associate will work full time on-site in different districts in Jharkhand, supporting ApnaMart’s expansion and optimization of its convenience store network. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential retail locations, assisting with lease negotiations, and coordinating real estate transactions with property owners. The role also involves conducting market and site feasibility analyses, tracking commercial real estate trends, and preparing reports and documentation for management review. Regular field visits, relationship management with landlords, and timely resolution of real estate-related issues will be central to day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with experience in retail or convenience store environments preferred.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Leases and Real Estate Transactions, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Development, including site selection, feasibility assessment, and coordination during store setup or expansion.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to conduct market research and present clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel within Deoghar and surrounding areas, and field-based assessments of properties.
  • Resident of Deoghar, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or retail expansion is an advantage.
