We’re searching for a visionary VP of Customer Growth — an Astronaut who will define and execute strategies that maximize customer value, strengthen retention, and unlock new growth opportunities. As a people leader and strategic problem-solver, you’ll architect the customer journey, drive adoption and engagement, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes at scale.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, you will:

  • Define and execute end-to-end customer growth strategies, driving acquisition, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Lead marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth by optimizing costs, processes, and brand impact.
  • Leverage customer insights and data to optimize the journey, identify new use cases, and influence product innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Establish clear KPIs and growth metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement at all levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and development.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Growth/Marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth at scale.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills to translate insights into business impact.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and agility in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead at scale and manage large teams.
