BAU Responsibilities

• Design and establish logistics operational processes with a strong focus on Hub operations.
• Coordinate with internal operations and cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Development, and Marketing, as well as external partners, to drive operational improvement initiatives and project process flows.
• Work closely with all Hub teams across the JABODETABEK area to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Ensure field operations excellence through direct on-site involvement and supervision.
• Ensure all operational teams fully understand and consistently follow established processes and SOPs through regular field inspections.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately and within the agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Fulfillment, Logistics, E-commerce, Consulting, or Supply Chain environments is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of operational principles, processes, and policies.
• Professional certifications in team or project management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong growth mindset and a “never-give-up” attitude.
• Demonstrates a high willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in the field with minimal supervision.
• Possesses strong creative and analytical thinking, with a preference for developing long-term, sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting approaches.
