Job Description:
1. Promotional Strategy Development & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive promotional strategies that align with campaign objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform promotional tactics and enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan and execute integrated campaign based on growth target
- Optimizing campaign promotion engine to grow business line
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness and efficiency of promotional channels.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the GTM campaign, commercial, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional strategies.
- Provide insights to enrich campaign execution and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and deliverables for each team member, ensuring high-quality work and timely execution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive team environment.
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the campaign budget to ensure cost-effective promotional strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize metrics on promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for storytelling.
- Proficiency in promotional engine tools and platforms
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous background in retail is a plus.
