Job Description:

1. Promotional Strategy Development & Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive promotional strategies that align with campaign objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform promotional tactics and enhance campaign effectiveness.

2. Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan and execute integrated campaign based on growth target
  • Optimizing campaign promotion engine to grow business line
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness and efficiency of promotional channels.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the GTM campaign, commercial, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional strategies.
  • Provide insights to enrich campaign execution and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and deliverables for each team member, ensuring high-quality work and timely execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive team environment.

5. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the campaign budget to ensure cost-effective promotional strategies.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize metrics on promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in promotional engine tools and platforms
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous background in retail is a plus.
