Responsibilities:
- Support category and consumer insight analysis to inform assortment, pricing, promotions, and in-app experience decisions.
- Run regular category and customer performance reporting (e.g. sales, penetration, repeat rate, basket mix).
- Track customer behavior trends and proactively flag key changes or anomalies.
- Support business unit and category target tracking, including performance vs plan.
- Assist in identifying customer missions, usage occasions, and buying patterns by category.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the Commercial team.
- Support analysis for experiments and initiatives (e.g. promotions, pricing, assortment tests).
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to ensure insight consistency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Statistics/Industrial Engineering.
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical, critical, and numerical skills - Enjoy working with numbers
- Strong communication and presentation skills: able to confidently present ideas and collaborate with different stakeholders to move things forward.
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Google Spreadsheet and SQL
