Job Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of all Astro kitchens to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Monitor and execute operational metrics, service standards, and quality targets
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Act as the main PIC for all kitchen-related matters, collaborating with business (B2B & events), private label, warehouse, and central kitchen teams
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction based on strong industry knowledge and business acumen
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple online and offline outlets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in F&B / Cloud Kitchen / multi-outlet operations
• Experience managing franchises and 20+ outlets (online & offline)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and store performance metrics
• Proven ability to handle operational issues, customer complaints, and root cause analysis
• Metrics-driven with a track record in process improvement
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good business acumen and attention to detail
