Job descriptions
• Execute and optimize daily campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
• Monitor CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, and daily budget pacing
• Manage campaign setup, naming conventions, creative rotation, and audience testing
• Work closely with Performance Marketing Lead and Strategist on test execution
• QA tracking links, events, and attribution via MMP and GA4
• Provide regular performance updates and tactical recommendations
Requirements
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in performance or paid marketing
• Strong operational experience with Meta and Google Ads, TikTok is a plus
• Familiar with MMP tools such as Adjust, Branch, or AppsFlyer
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and data-driven
