Job Description:

  • Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts at warehouses and hubs to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Perform reconciliation of stock variances between actual stock and systems.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of inventory variances, and provide supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies.
  • Prepare a clear and accurate stock count report and analysis, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Provide recommendations to improve accuracy inventory stock.
  • Support process improvements to strengthen inventory control and minimize losses.
  • Assist in special audit projects or assignments related to inventory as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stock count, inventory audit, warehouse audit, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management processes and controls.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Ability to work in warehouse/field environments with frequent mobility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Googlesheets and basic data analysis; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to hubs, warehouses, and stores.
