About the Role
As a Customer Growth & Marketing Excellence Senior Associate, you will act as the operational backbone of the Customer Growth & Marketing (CGM) organization. Your mission is to streamline ways of working, build clear guardrails, and improve operational effectiveness across teams. This role focuses on creating structure, reducing ambiguity, and enabling teams to execute faster and smarter through better processes and smarter systems.

What You’ll Do
Process & Operational Excellence
- Map, evaluate, and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
- Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs and playbooks across CGM initiatives
- Establish clear guardrails and governance (e.g., campaign placements, homepage banners, prioritization rules)
Automation & Risk Prevention
- Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and drive automation initiatives primarily act as the Project Manager
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to improve system capabilities and reduce operational risk
- Anticipate execution bottlenecks and design preventive solutions
Stakeholder Alignment & Enablement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, Product, Commercial, etc.) to align on processes and execution standards
- Translate strategic business needs into clear, structured operational processes (in non-technical language)
- Act as an internal consultant to drive buy-in and ensure adoption of new processes and tools
Continuous Improvement
- Track process effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
- Build scalable frameworks that support CGM growth without increasing operational complexity
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Operations Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Process Engineering, or similar roles
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (tech, startups, consulting, or high-growth companies)
- Proven track record of improving processes, building SOPs, or leading cross-functional operational initiatives
Core Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong step-by-step thinking
- Structured and systematic problem solver — you naturally bring order to complexity
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different functions and seniority levels
- Ability to translate strategic or business requirements into simple, actionable processes
- Strong communication skills — able to influence without authority
Nice to Have
- Experience working on automation or system improvement initiatives
- Exposure to growth, marketing, or commercial operations teams
