About this Position

The Vendor Acquisition Senior Associate plays a key role in building and expanding ASTRO Farm’s

vendor ecosystem to ensure optimal SKU availability. This position is responsible for end-to-end

vendor sourcing, evaluation, and activation, while maintaining strong fulfillment rates through

structured onboarding and vendor scoring processes. This role is ideal for someone analytical, strong

in negotiation, and eager to make a direct impact on supply growth.

Job Description:

● Conduct daily list generation and identify potential vendors aligned with SKU needs.

● Source, approach, and acquire new vendors to support business supply requirements.

● Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, especially during the first 1–2 months of activation.

● Develop and implement vendor sourcing, vendor scoring, and onboarding procedures.

● Evaluate vendors based on pricing, production capacity, product quality, and supply model

(first-hand / second-hand).

● Perform vendor background checks to ensure credibility and compliance.

● Maintain and improve SKU fulfillment rate through effective vendor acquisition strategies.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor supply with business demand.

Requirements:

● Minimum D4/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Chemical Engineering, Management,

Industrial Engineering, or related majors).

● 2–5 years of experience in Vendor Acquisition, Vendor Management, Procurement, Vendor

Listing, or similar roles.

● Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

● Agile, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.

● Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
