Job Description:

• Support the Process Excellence Manager and Senior Associate in identifying and analyzing operational inefficiencies within Hub Operations, focusing on throughput, accuracy, manpower efficiency, and process stability.
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of improvement plans based on identified opportunities.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Cost Controller, and other related functions.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, standard work procedures, and process audits to ensure consistent execution across shifts.
• Closely work with Hub Operations and other related divisions to drive process excellence initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major (Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in field operations, warehouse, or process improvement (fresh graduates with strong analytical ability are welcome).
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other business process/project management tools).
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Basic understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement concepts.
• Agile, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
