Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to performance optimization. Monitor key metrics (penetration, conversion, ARPU, frequency, ROI) and continuously improve performance through structured test-and-learn approaches.
- Develop and execute data-driven promotional strategies aligned with campaign objectives, category dynamics, and market trends (FMCG). Translate business goals into clear campaign hypotheses, targeting strategies, and success metrics.
- Design and implement strategies to grow Existing Buyer (EB) penetration, engagement, and retention. Segment users (e.g., high-value, dormant, deal-seekers) and drive targeted initiatives to improve repeat purchase, basket size, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Build and operationalize user segmentation frameworks based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and value tiers. Shift from broad targeting to more precise, data-driven campaigns with measurable impact, in collaboration with data and product teams.
- Partner closely with GTM, Commercial, and Product teams to align campaign strategies with broader business goals. Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and structured recommendations.
- Manage and optimize campaign budget allocation to maximize ROI. Prioritize high-impact initiatives based on performance insights and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth, CRM, or promotional roles
- Proven track record in owning and scaling campaign performance (not just execution)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions and business impact
- Experience in user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategies (EB focus is a plus)
- Familiarity with campaign/promotion engines, experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ownership and growth mindset
