Job Description

As our Astronaut, you will:

• Lead the creation of investor-facing materials, including board decks, fundraising decks, and management presentations
• Oversee financial projections, long-range planning, and scenario modeling
• Provide strategic financial insights to support key business decisions and growth initiatives
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic transactions (equity raises, M&A, partnerships)
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to support corporate strategy
• Drive improvements in financial models, reporting, and presentation standards

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA / CFA is a plus)
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related roles
• Strong track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation
• Proven experience leading investor presentations and senior management communications
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Experience managing projects and coaching junior team members
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Gsheet and presentation tools
