About this Position

We are looking for a Frozen Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient execution, accurate inventory management, and strict adherence to SOP and safety standards. This role will oversee daily activities, manage and develop on-ground teams, and drive continuous process improvements while making real-time decisions to maintain smooth and reliable operations.

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

A. Daily Operational Management

- Oversee daily warehouse operations and task execution

- Set daily priorities and adjust manpower/shifts as needed

- Address field conditions immediately

- Make on-the-spot decisions without upper escalation

B. Team Leadership

- Directly manage Jr. Managers and Supervisors

- Align team work ethic with company standards

- Handle shift scheduling and effective manpower allocation

- Coach subordinates to improve technical and disciplinary skills

C. Process Control & Improvement

- Report daily on productivity, quality, and KPI

- Ensure strict SOP execution

- Monitor & improve inefficient processes while maintaining accuracy

- Analyze routine outputs and propose improvements to Sr. Manager

D. Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory accuracy through daily checks and stock counts

- Resolve discrepancies across departments

E. Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols across operations

- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company and legal standards

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

- At least 5 years experience in the warehousing, with 2 years in lead level.

- Advanced knowledge to overseeing inbound,inventory & outbound process,

- Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.

- Ensuring standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

- Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.

- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)

- Flexibility working hours, including weekends and public holiday.

- Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
