About this Position

We are looking for an SOP Deployment Officer to support SOP development, governance, and implementation across Hub & Warehouse operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational procedures are standardized, well-documented, and effectively implemented in the field.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Develop and draft SOPs/WIs for prioritized and non-prioritized business processes.
  • Align SOP content with relevant stakeholders across functions (Operations, Risk Management, Internal Audit, etc.).
  • Ensure SOP standardization in line with governance and risk control frameworks.
  • Conduct SOP socialization sessions to support proper understanding and implementation.
  • Support SOP audits and analyze operational gaps between procedures and actual practices.
  • Maintain SOP documentation governance, including version control and database management.
  • Collaborate with Hub & Warehouse teams to validate operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related majors.
  • 1–2 years of experience in SOP development, process documentation, or operational audit.
  • Familiar with SOP governance, process improvement, and risk/control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ISO or certification standards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Able to use Google Workspace and flowchart/documentation tools (Visio, Draw.io, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with AI tools for documentation or operational efficiency.
  • Willing to work on a 6-month contract basis.
  • Willing to work WFO 2–3x per week at Head Office, Hub, or Warehouse locations.
