About this Position
Warehouse Quality Management Senior Supervisor will be responsible for driving quality excellence across warehouse operations by developing quality frameworks, monitoring operational quality performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role acts as a strategic quality partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Category, and Vendor teams to ensure warehouse processes meet quality standards, reduce operational losses, and improve customer satisfaction. The position plays a critical role in strengthening quality culture, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainable operational improvements across warehouse sites.
Job Description:
● Analyze quality data, operational deviations, and trends based on key warehouse quality metrics.
● Define, monitor, and evaluate quality KPIs such as wastage %, complaint rate, audit compliance, CAPA closure rate, and rejection trends.
● Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects based on root cause analysis and operational impact.
● Conduct routine quality audits, inspections, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) across warehouse operations.
● Develop, implement, and standardize quality policies, SOPs, frameworks, and documentation.
● Drive system-level improvements through NCR tracking, deviation evaluation, and CAPA effectiveness monitoring.
● Deliver QA training and quality awareness programs across departments to ensure alignment with company standards.
● Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Category, and Vendor teams to drive alignment and corrective actions.
● Promote a strong culture of quality ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
Requirements:
● Minimum D3, D4, or S1 in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience as QA, Quality Improvement, or Quality Management Supervisor, preferably in warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG, fresh, or frozen operations.
● Proven experience in handling quality improvement initiatives, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis.
● Proven leadership capability with strong ownership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders in fast-paced operational environments.
● Strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
● High attention to detail, integrity, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
● Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly within dynamic warehouse operations.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with warehouse systems or quality reporting tools is preferred.
