About this role

As a Inventory Excellence Senior Associate, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency across fulfillment, packing, and inventory processes. You will be responsible for developing operational standards, monitoring performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building efficient operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) across fulfillment, production support, packing, and inventory operations
  • Standardize operational processes including order flow, packing standards, inventory handling, and SLA compliance
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, packing accuracy, throughput, and shrinkage
  • Conduct process compliance audits and identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Analyze operational issues and error trends, then translate findings into process improvements and updated SOPs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational change management projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory and outbound operational standards
  • Support implementation of automation and operational efficiency initiatives across operations
  • Prepare regular operational performance and process health reports for stakeholders
  • Participate in operational review meetings and present process improvement updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations excellence, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or process improvement roles
  • Strong understanding of SOP development, inventory control, and operational processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with operational data, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, FMCG, warehouse, or production operations is a plus
